Another season is upon us here at Harborne Dental Practice. We hope you all had a fantastic summer and are feeling refreshed and ready for the cooler weather and all the festivities of Bonfire Night, Diwalli and of course, Chritmas!
Many of you may not be aware that Kirsty Robinson is now the Principal Dentist here at Harborne Dental Practice. Kirsty worked as an associate dentist for Christopher Gattas since August 1997. She then went on to become the owner of Harborne Dental Practice in March 2006 .
Practice Refurbishment
Kirsty is making some exciting new changes. As you may have noticed the practice is undergoing a smile makeover of its own! We are currently in the midst of quite a long refurbishment to freshen up and modernise the practice. As previously noted it is a long term plan which will take many months to be completed, so please bear with us if the practice doesn’t look as tidy as it has on your previous visits. We hope that you will like the changes once completed.

Antonia Burgess is a highly skilled specialist Orthodontist who has recently joined us and attends once a month offering fantastic treatments to move teeth and provides a whole host of braces and the new invisible brace system, Invisalign, to get that truly straight Hollywood smile. She gets absolutely outstanding results and is in the top of her field within the profession. We also welcome Traci O’Shaughnessy our fantastic Hygienist who is also top of her field and highly respected within the profession. Traci excels in not only cleaning your teeth, but in caring for your gum health and educating you on how to care for and achieve a healthy mouth. As the weather turns chillier we see an increase in patients reporting incidences of tooth sensitivity. Often with the colder autumnal winds and frosty mornings teeth can feel especially sensitive.
